Video Walls are Awesome!

Posted by:

Okay, we all know there are big TVs out there… But what if you want a really, really big TV?

The video wall matrix is a great solution!  Here we are setting up a 2×2 system on a freestanding floor stand.  That’s 2 displays wide by two displays high.  Each display is 55″ diagonal and the gap in between each display is only .3 mm!

Top 5 mistakes people make when designing their own theater

Posted by:

Control4′s HC800

Control4 recently released the flagship HC800 controller.  It’s smaller- only 1U tall, it’s faster, it’s less expensive than the HC1000 (without a hard drive though) and it becomes the core of your new home automation system. It does not come with rack ears though; you have to order those separately.

Nine years ago when we started this business, we focused it around what we knew best at the time- Computers! PC and Mac hardware and software support for small business and residential clients.

After getting a few years into the business and developing it to some extent, I decided to take the business in a different direction…enter the home theater business! Why home theaters? Because it’s cool! Home electronics, automation, and all kinds of gadgets! Not only do we get to ...
